PSEN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSEN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,323 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSEN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSEN2_S25, GGPS1, and BROX. Each is linked with PSEN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSEN2-to-partner and partner-to-PSEN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSEN2 versus PSEN2_S25 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSEN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSEN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
