Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSEN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,008 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSEN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLC1, FAM118B, and EDIL3-DT. Each is linked with PSEN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSEN2-to-partner and partner-to-PSEN2 results are reported.
