PSEN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSEN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSEN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, NF2, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PSEN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSEN2-to-partner and partner-to-PSEN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by PSEN2-low versus PSEN2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSEN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSEN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
