PSEN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSEN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,904 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSEN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP2R5E, CDC42BPB, and CEP170B. Each is linked with PSEN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSEN1-to-partner and partner-to-PSEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSEN1 versus PPP2R5E in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
