PSEN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSEN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PSEN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSEN1-to-partner and partner-to-PSEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by PSEN1-low versus PSEN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
