Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSEN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,244 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSEN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein catabolic process at synapse, Protein catabolic process at postsynapse, and Positive regulation of amyloid fibril formation. Each is linked with PSEN1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSEN1-to-partner and partner-to-PSEN1 results are reported.
