Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, VNN2, and EBI3. Each is linked with PSD4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD4-to-partner and partner-to-PSD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSD4 versus CSF2RB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
