Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Shc_pY317, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with PSD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD4-to-partner and partner-to-PSD4 results are reported.
