PSD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 399 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T10, KRTAP17-1, and CHRNA7. Each is linked with PSD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD4-to-partner and partner-to-PSD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T10 grouped by PSD4-low versus PSD4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
