Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSCA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSCA data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PSCA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSCA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where PSCA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
