Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,950 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT23, PLPPR4, and PTH1R. Each is linked with PSCA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSCA-to-partner and partner-to-PSCA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSCA versus KRT23 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
