Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP205, OR6M2P, and RNU6-1216P. Each is linked with PSCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSCA-to-partner and partner-to-PSCA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP205 grouped by PSCA-low versus PSCA-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
