Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSAT1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,192 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSAT1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA7_S211, PYGL, and SCAF1. Each is linked with PSAT1P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSAT1P2-to-partner and partner-to-PSAT1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P2 versus NCOA7_S211 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSAT1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSAT1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
