PRYP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRYP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 197 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRYP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLNC, ZNF300, and DNAJB4. Each is linked with PRYP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRYP5-to-partner and partner-to-PRYP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FLNC grouped by PRYP5-low versus PRYP5-high in OV.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRYP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRYP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
