PRXL2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRXL2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,954 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRXL2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, ARHGEF16, and ARHGEF16_S230. Each is linked with PRXL2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRXL2B versus LRRC47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRXL2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRXL2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
