Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRXL2B RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRXL2B data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PRXL2B RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRXL2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and DLBC show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PRXL2B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
