The most reproducible PRXL2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMEL1, TNFRSF14-AS1, and GIPR. Each is linked with PRXL2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2B results are reported.
