Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRXL2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,564 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRXL2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Protein-containing complex disassembly, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with PRXL2B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane grouped by PRXL2B-low versus PRXL2B-high in BONE.
