PRXL2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRXL2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,778 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRXL2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HB, VAV1, and IDE. Each is linked with PRXL2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2A-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRXL2A versus P4HB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRXL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRXL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
