Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRXL2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,348 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRXL2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN14, FKBP11, and SLC43A3. Each is linked with PRXL2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRXL2A-to-partner and partner-to-PRXL2A results are reported.
