PRUNE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRUNE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,169 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRUNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCA3, AOX1, and DES. Each is linked with PRUNE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRUNE2-to-partner and partner-to-PRUNE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRUNE2 versus PCA3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRUNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRUNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
