PRTN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRTN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,340 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELANE, KISS1R, and PALM. Each is linked with PRTN3 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRTN3-to-partner and partner-to-PRTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
