PRTG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRTG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,508 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRTG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, CDCA2, and ARPC3P2. Each is linked with PRTG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRTG-to-partner and partner-to-PRTG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by PRTG-low versus PRTG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRTG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRTG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
