PRSS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,579 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESRP2, PLEKHA6, and TJP3. Each is linked with PRSS8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS8-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS8 versus ESRP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
