Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, JNK2, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with PRSS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS8-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS8 results are reported.
