Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,687 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Response to indole-3-methanol, and Cellular response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with PRSS8 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS8-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS8 results are reported.
