PRSS58

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS58-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP40, MIR557, and CEACAMP4. Each is linked with PRSS58 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS58-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP40 grouped by PRSS58-low versus PRSS58-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS58→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
