Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRSS58 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRSS58 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PRSS58 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRSS58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and COAD show a favorable association.

LUAD, UVM, and ESCA are the cancer types where PRSS58 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
