Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS58 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS58-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5a, Caspase-8, and C-Raf. Each is linked with PRSS58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS58-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS58 results are reported.
