Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRSS58-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA6C, TRIM46, and USP43. Each is linked with PRSS58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS58-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS58 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEMA6C grouped by PRSS58-low versus PRSS58-high in PANCREAS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS58→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
