Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRSS55 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRSS55 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PRSS55 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRSS55 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where PRSS55 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
