Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRSS54 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRSS54 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PRSS54 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRSS54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, READ, and LIHC are the cancer types where PRSS54 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
