PRSS51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,224 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS8, CHDH, and DDAH1. Each is linked with PRSS51 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS51-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS51 versus RPS8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS51→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
