PRSS51

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS51 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS51-associated genes across cancer lineages are TERF1P2, RNU6-1155P, and RNU6-1082P. Each is linked with PRSS51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS51-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TERF1P2 grouped by PRSS51-low versus PRSS51-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS51→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
