The most reproducible PRSS51-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to starvation, Late endosome to vacuole transport via multivesicular body sorting pathway, and Positive regulation of protein transport. Each is linked with PRSS51 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS51-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS51 results are reported.
