Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS42P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,145 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS42P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGSM3, IDE, and TACC2_S2512. Each is linked with PRSS42P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS42P-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS42P results are reported.
