Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRSS3P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRSS3P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PRSS3P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRSS3P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CESC show a favorable association.

UCEC, SKCM, and READ are the cancer types where PRSS3P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
