The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PRSS37 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRSS37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PRSS37 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
