PRSS35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Bad_pS112, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with PRSS35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS35-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PRSS35-low versus PRSS35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
