PRSS35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRH, ESPNL, and TRIM50. Each is linked with PRSS35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS35-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRH grouped by PRSS35-low versus PRSS35-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
