PRSS33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 894 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Keratan sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process, GDF15-GFRAL signaling pathway, and Regulation of epithelial cell apoptotic process. Each is linked with PRSS33 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS33-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Keratan sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process grouped by PRSS33-low versus PRSS33-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS33→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
