PRSS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMS1P13, UBE2V1P10, and PXMP2. Each is linked with PRSS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS3-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMS1P13 grouped by PRSS3-low versus PRSS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
