PRSS27

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,275 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS27-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNFN, SDCBP2, and FAM83C. Each is linked with PRSS27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS27-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS27 versus CNFN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS27→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
