Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,743 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRSS23-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, OR7E2P, and MYL9. Each is linked with PRSS23 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS23-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS23 versus FN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
