PRSS23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,033 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS23-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, DRD2, and MRPL49. Each is linked with PRSS23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS23-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by PRSS23-low versus PRSS23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
