PRSS16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,287 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, ARHGEF2_S174, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with PRSS16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS16-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS16 versus CDC73 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
