Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 574 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP30-AS1, TTYH2, and OR51C1P. Each is linked with PRSS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS16-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS16 results are reported.
