Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRSS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad1, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PRSS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS16-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad1 grouped by PRSS16-low versus PRSS16-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
