PRSS16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MC3R, AICDA, and EQTN. Each is linked with PRSS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS16-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MC3R grouped by PRSS16-low versus PRSS16-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
