Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,626 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADPRH, DNAJC1, and PRSS2. Each is linked with PRSS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS1 results are reported.
